Pre-accredited and short courses
A full refund is made if a course has to be cancelled by the CCH. Other refunds (less a $10 administration fee) will only be considered if:
- At least 48 hours’ notice is given before commencement of the course, and
- After course commencement no refund will be given.
Refunds will be paid by cheque or EFTpos credit, depending on payment method, within seven working days, where possible.
All refunds given will be recorded in the refunds file by the House Coordinator.
Nationally accredited training

A full refund will be given if CCH cancels the course.

A full fee paying student who withdraws within four weeks of course commencement will receive a pro rata refund of fees paid less an administration charge of $100.

A funded student who withdraws within four weeks of course commencement will receive a pro rata refund of fees paid by the student less an administration charge of $100.

A student who withdraws after four weeks of course commencement will not receive a refund. However, if a student is able to demonstrate hardship, they may apply for a partial refund.

If a student wishes to withdraw from the course, it is the responsibility of the student to withdraw from class by completing a written notification of withdrawal.

If a student continues to study for a third year an amenities fee of $100 will be charged at the beginning of that year.
