Meditation to Manage Stress

Stress is an inevitable part of daily life, but one of the most effective ways to manage it is through regular meditation. Meditation is a proven method for reducing stress and anxiety while calming the nervous system. Establishing a consistent meditation practice offers numerous benefits for overall well-being.
 

Our instructor, Suzie, brings over 20 years of experience in leading group meditation sessions. She will introduce you to various meditation styles and techniques, with each class featuring a unique approach. You'll receive a brief explanation of the practice followed by a guided meditation. This class is perfect for anyone seeking a deeper connection to their personal well-being and development. Participants are invited to sit comfortably in chairs during the session.
