There is much evidence that supports nutrition rich foods play a vital role in contributing to healthy functioning of the brain and overall wellbeing. In this class we explore 12 everyday 'super' foods which have been found to:
- improve overall health of brain
- provide protection against free radicals
- anti-inflammatory effects
- improve nervous system function
- improve mental health and lower the risk of age related cognitive decline
We will demonstrate how to incorporate these foods into simple recipes for everyday use, which you will be able to taste during the class.
