A social group for semi or newly retired people. We will use public transport or own cars to visit places of interest to the group. You are welcome to join for lunch at your own expense. Be aware of entrance fee requirements for certain places we visit. Own transport required.

Term 4 Itinerary 

1st Oct - Meet at Coonara Reception at 10.30am to get to know each other. Afterwards, if you would like to, join us for lunch at Junior Tan Hawker Kitchen (681 Mountain Hwy, Bayswater)

8th Oct - Come to all or any of the following activities. Walk - meet at the Coonara car park near the back gate at 9.15am for a short walk to the coffee shop. Coffee/chat - Meet at 9.30am at Hahndorf Fine Chocolates (1230 Burwood Hwy, Upper Ferntree Gully). Lunch - meet at Coonara reception at 12.15pm to join us for lunch at a local venue.

15th Oct - Studley Park Boathouse (1 Boathouse Rd, Kew). Meet at the front of the coffee shop at 10.30am for a walk along the river followed by lunch at the cafe.

22nd Oct - see 8th Oct activity

20th Oct - Melbourne Arts Centre Music Vault. Meet at Boronia Station at 9.25am to catch the 9.35am train to Flinders St or meet under the clocks at Flinders Street at 10.30am.

12th Nov - Warranglen Nursery (373 Ringwood/Warrandyte Rd, Warrandyte). Meet at the front of the nursery at 10.30am.

26th Nov - Heide Museum of Modern Art (7 Templestowe Rd, Bulleen). Meet at front of coffee shop at 10.30am.

3rd Dec - see 8th Oct activity

10th Dec - Edna Walling Estate/Bickleigh Vale Village. Park in Pembroke Rd, Mooroolbark near Bickleigh Vale Rd. Meet on corner of Bickleigh Vale Rd at 10.30am. Conservatory Cafe (13-23 Hull Rd, Croydon) at 12pm
