This workshop is designed to empower women to navigate life’s challenges with greater peace and ease. Topics include identifying personal stressors and challenges, the foundational pillars of self-care, strategies for integrating self-care into daily life, assessing your wellbeing, strengthening your self-love and self-worth, creating personalised self-care plans and exploring a number of supportive practices.
